Hello, I’m having the following problem: we set up a Zapier automation after a Lead is generated on Meta Lead Forms Ads to upload that data to one Google Sheet. But the upload is happening one hour after the Lead was generated and we dont want that. Is that a problem? Is normal? How can we ressolve it?

Check the Zapier Status page for recent/ongoing incidents that may be impacting the Zap: https://status.zapier.com/

The Zap trigger is instant, so if there is a delay, the root issue may be on Meta’s side.

Are you still experiencing delays of over an hour with the New Lead trigger? New leads should trigger the Zap pretty instantly so if you’re still seeing long delays in your Zap triggering I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here in case there’s an issue that needs to be investigated further.
