Zapier CRM not listed in Facebook Lead Ads

My Facebook account doesn't list Zapier as a CRM… 

 

 

I've been granted access to Leads

The FB Lead Ads testing tool says "There is no webhook subscription with Lead Ads for the selected page"

What needs to be done so my client can add Zapier as a CRM?
