Hi all! My Zapier chatbot interface width on user responses are being cut off instead of wrapping the text in a bubble. Any adjustments to the design I should be considering? It’s currently set to 100% width where the bot responses are correctly populating.

sure thing, attached it’ll show how a user input is cut off does not wrap the text while text is being wrapped on the bot’s responses

 


It sounds like you're experiencing a styling issue with your chatbot interface, particularly with user response bubbles not properly wrapping text. This problem is typically related to CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) used for the chatbot's design.

 


That’s exactly it but I would think this would be an issue for bot responses as well, but it is just the user responses. I don't see any theme settings that can adjust or change this. I just have for the width to be 100%, but that is for the source itself and not the chatbot interface
