Hello Everyone

 

Zapier does not seem to be able to pull the phone number from my routing form in calendly

 

When i search for the phone number data , it is just not there, anyidea why ?

Is the phone number being collected on the booking page as well as the routing form page?

You may need to collect the phone number again on the booking page.

No, the phone number is only collected on the routing form !

It seemed counterproductive to ask it 2 times …

Do you think I should do that ?

I agree, and you should share that feedback directly with Calendly.

You would need to collect the phone on the booking form.
