I have created a Zap that tags a contact in Active Campaign who has signed up for a specific event. However, I have had a few incidents where the automation tags the wrong contacts in Active Campaign. The issue occurs between two identical names, but with different e-mail addresses.

One of the sign-ups that has been wrongfully tagged has two subscriptions to our newsletter - so two different profiles with two e-mail addresses: an old and a new one. According to Gravity Forms and Slack, she has signed up with the new e-mail address, but it is the other profile with the old e-mail address that has been tagged.
Check your Zap Runs activity history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.
Also, check your AC Contact history to see when changes were made to help you troubleshoot.
We would need to see proof where a Contact is incorrectly tagged.
