Zapier automation not working – BeeFit & Mailchimp

Hi! I’ve connected BeeFit and Mailchimp through Zapier so that people should receive an email when they subscribe to the app, and another email if they cancel their subscription.

However, it doesn’t seem to be working. In Zapier it says that my plan is full (or something similar), so I’m wondering if that’s the reason.

Do I need a paid Zapier plan for this automation to work, or is there something else I should check?

Thank you!

Hi @Bodysoul

For us to have more info about what you are referring to post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • the “full” message you mentioned

Hey there @Bodysoul 👋

I spotted you reached out to our Support team about this and the error you were getting was “This Mailchimp step is pending because you've met your plan limit.” That could mean that you’ve exceeded your task usage for the month so it held the Zap from running. If that’s the case you’d need to wait until your plan’s billing cycle resets, or upgrade to a higher plan, and then replay the held Zap runs.

Keep us posted on how you get on, want to make sure you’re all set!

Hi @Bodysoul

Yes, that could be the reason. On the Free plan, Zapier only includes 100 tasks per month, and once you reach that limit, Zap runs are held until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

If your automation is just 1 trigger + 1 action (a 2-step Zap), it works on the free plan. But if you’ve already used your monthly tasks, the Zap won’t run anymore.

You can check your Billing & Usage page in Zapier to confirm if you hit the limit.

Here's the Zapier doc that might help:

If you expect more than ~100 actions per month, you’ll likely need a paid plan with a higher task limit.

If you're still running into issues, drop a screenshot of the error and a quick description of what your Zap is doing, happy to take a look!
