Zapier agent not responding after registration

After fresh registration on zapier. The agent mode is refusing to run. I have tried another account but the problem persist

Hey there, could you clarify on a fresh registration? Do you mean triggering the agent?

Hello  ​@Visca4994 

Agent mode may not run right after signup if your account or workspace doesn’t yet have access to Zapier Agents. A couple quick checks.

• Make sure you’re in the correct workspace and Agents is enabled
• Confirm your plan supports Agents since access is still rolling out
• Try a hard refresh or a different browser
• Check if there’s a temporary Zapier incident

If it’s still happening on multiple accounts, reaching out to Zapier Support is the best next step so they can check feature access on the backend.

Hey there ​@Visca4994! 👋 Just wanted to check how you’re getting on with this, is the agent still refusing to run?

If it’s still not working, can you share some screenshots showing the configuration of the Agent, as well as any errors you’re seeing? That’ll help us to see if there’s anything on its setup that might be causing some trouble here. Be sure to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space (you can use a tool like Zappy for that).
