I have set up field mapping between Active Campaign and Pandadoc.
I have a lot of custom fields with normal number values

But when I map a field from Active Campaign, Zapier ads .000 to all values. This means that 150, turns into 150.000 in the finished document.

Any idea of how to fix this?

Best Regards Kresten

Hi @KrestenThomsen

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

That will help you determine if ActiveCampaign is returning the data with the decimals, or whether PandaDoc is returning the data with the decimals.

If ActiveCampaign, then add this Zap step: Formatter > Numbers > Format

If PandaDoc, then you will likely have to configure the field setting in PandaDoc to remove the decimals.

If you still need more help, post screenshots showing the DATA IN/OUT from your Zap Runs history for a specific example.

Hi All
I changed all the custom fields from “Numbers” to “text”. That fixed all my issues

Thanks for the feedback
