I created a Zap to automate Pipedrive with Klaviyo. When I tested the Zap, it worked perfectly and pulled all the information correctly. However, when I turned it live, it doesn’t seem to work at all. There is no history – the only contacts that have come through are the tests we ran in Zapier.

The Zap is on, and there are no errors. Has anyone experienced this (and found a solution)?

Hi @Olga_theBiskery

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

For us to have more info, we would need to see screenshots showing how your Zap trigger step event is configured.

Hey @Olga_theBiskery,

Are you talking about historical data that is not showing up as only new data will be automated through triggers in Zapier?

If you want to transfer the historical data from Pipedrive to Klaviyo, you may want to look into this article here-https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/exporting-data-from-pipedrive. Otherwise, please post screenshots of Data in and Data Out as well as how each Zap is configured for us to have more context. Hope it helps!

Everything is on. During the test, it works perfectly. But when it goes live and the trigger should start in Zapier, nothing happens. Even in the history, there’s nothing.

Hey @Olga_theBiskery,

For the Updated deal, there are two options of Filter By and Field to Watch for Changes On. Are you applying these filters? If yes, while updating the deal does it meet the filter conditions because only then it will trigger the Zap.

Hope it helps!

Hi,

Thank you for your response. Could you please explain it to me? I am using "Field to Watch for Changes On," and it should trigger when the deal is marked as "Won" and when the field "Email (Klaviyo)" contains the client’s email.

I have attached a picture

Many thanks

Hey @Olga_theBiskery,

You can also click on little information icon to see more about the fields. Right now the Zap will only trigger if the customer email is also changed when the deal status is in Won stage. It is not triggering because the customer’s email stays the same. This is useful trigger when you watch for updates on other fields in Deal but not the updates on the Deal stage.

For your use case, try using Updated Deal Stage trigger in Pipedrive. Here you can see the Pipedrive triggers/actions-https://zapier.com/apps/pipedrive/integrations.

Hope it helps!

Hey @Olga_theBiskery 👋 Did Sparsh’s suggestion of switching to the Updated Deal Stage trigger do the trick?

Let us know if how it went! 🙂
