Zap working but says couldn't find any new items

I have a very basic zap - new invoice in Quickbooks = create order in Shippo. The zap appears to be moving the data but I’m getting “We couldn’t find any new items” message when the zap process completes. Anyone know how to fix this?

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Did you test by creating a new QBO invoice?

 

 

The QBO trigger is Scheduled meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.
