Zap Will Not Turn on but tests okay - Rezdy to Outlook Calendar

I have created a zap to create a calendar event when we receive a booking via Rezdy. All tests happen as intended & app has been published. However, every time I try turn the Zap on I get a notifcation a minute later saying it could not be turned on.

 

I have checked the App connections & all come back okay so I am unsure what the problem could be as it should be a straight forward Zap.

 

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hey ​@WRJM,

Are you on a Zapier paid plan? Because if it’s a multi step Zap, you would need that. Hope it helps!
