Greetings all,

We’re a consulting agency for health professionals and publishing job offers regularly on our social media pages. For posting these offers we’ve been using Zapier to send the necessary information from a Monday.com board to Hootsuite for scheduling the postings ahead of time.
The information being sent from Monday.com to Hootsuite is the job title, a short description of the job, the link to the job on our website and an image. All the different items are in seperate columns on monday.com.

This has been working fine until recently, but for some unknown reason Hootsuite is now receiving and posting the provided image twice.
Looking at the zap-run history I can see, that in the section for “Sent 1 new Message to Hootsuite”, in the “Data in” section, only one “media” (the link to the image) is visible. However in the “Data out” section Zapier is sending the image twice to Hootsuite, which accordingly posts two images.


 

Oddly enough, this has not happend during the prior runs of the same zap, as seen in the screenshots below:
 

I’ve tried editing the zap and re-doing it from scratch, but the images are always doubled. The problem also still happens with other images. Am I overlooking something obvious? Or is the issure related to Hootsuite and not Zapier?
