My zap is not running even after completing the the test phase and have also go ahead to confirm my email address still not running. what can i do?

The Zap trigger runs on a schedule that checks every 2 minutes for new emails.
Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.
Hey @elizabethanu, just checking in—were you able to get this sorted?
If not, the phone number confirmation likely wasn’t successful if it’s still showing that “You must confirm your email address before enabling this Zap...” error.
Can you try confirming the number again and let us know if that then allows you to publish the Zap?
