Zap keeps switching off after publishing: GravityForms and Jira Service Management

Hello,

I've been creating a connection between GravityForms and Jira Service Management.

The idea is simple: a form is completed in Gravityforms and gets registered in Jira.

When manually testing the Zap, the connection works. But as soon as I publish it, the Zap immediately switches off.

I tried completely rebuilding the Zap and re-connecting with GravityForms, but this didn't help.

Also a detail: my Jira account was first activated, then de-activated and then activated again. But after this I reconnected it to Zapier and rebuilt the Zap.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!

HI @Fidus

Good question.

Check your Zap app account connections: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Check the Zap > Details > Change History for clues as to why the Zap is turning off automatically.

https://zapier.com/app/zap/XXXXX/activity

Change the XXXXX with the ID of the Zap found in the browser URL when viewing the Zap in EDIT mode.

Thanks! I just have been checking the Change History. It appears Zapier automatically turns off my Zap 3-4 seconds after switching it on. Any clue how to fix that?

We would need to see screenshot with what you see in the Change History.

Or you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Here is the screenshot! It continues like this for all 9 pages in the Change History.

Any idea how to solve this? Thank you 🙂
