Zap it keeps turning off automatically, I turn it back on, but it still turns off

I’m having an issue with my Zap it keeps turning off automatically, and I keep turning back on but it keep turning off all the time?
I’ve checked

Connection with my apps Canny and Notion: work normal
Test normal
No issues or pop up

Has anyone experienced this before?

So sorry to hear that your Zap keeps being switched off. I had a look at the documentation on Canny’s website here and it says their app integration will only work for folks on a Canny Pro (Growth) or Business plan, so that might be why it’s being turning off automatically:

Can you confirm whether the connected Canny account is on one of those plans?

If it isn’t, can you try upgrading your Canny plan to see if that then allows the Zap to remain switched on?
