My zap is not getting triggered, zap is running perfectly fine in test but not live, what can be the reasons? everything else have been tested all the other apps are working fine as well

Good question.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to know which apps/events are being used.

Adding on to Troy’s suggestion, at the very least we would need to know the app and trigger...with that information we might be able to start narrowing down common issues with a given trigger. But, as Troy says, the more detail (without sharing private info), the more likely we are to be able to help you
