Hey there @Ali Ahmed! Just checking in, were you able to get the Zap working?
If so, would you be up for sharing some details on what the solution was—this would really help out other community members that might be having similar issues! 
And if it’s still not working, to help narrow things down, could you check if the Zap is showing any runs in your Zap history when a real lead comes in?
If it’s not triggering at all, that could be why the notifications are not being sent. In which case, I’d suggest checking the permissions for the connected Facebook account are correct as incorrect permissions are often what prevent a Zap for triggering for new Facebook leads. Check out this guide for help on how to do that:
If there are recent Zap runs but no WhatsApp message was sent, are there any errors appearing in the Zap history on the WhatsApp step? If so, would you mind sharing some screenshots of the errors so we can take a look into those? As well as a screenshot of the configuration of the WhatsApp action in the Zap? That’ll help to give us a bit more context on what might be causing the trouble here.
