I am in the trial version of the Professional plan and I have built a Zap integration. The Zap was running fine yesterday but now after making some minor changes it is held about 75% of the way through with the warning: This Zapier Tables step is pending because you have met your plan limit. However, we are not even close to reaching our task limit (204 / 2,000). There is no other explanation provided anywhere else on Zapier as to what limit it is referring to.

The Zapier chatbot does not even reply to the questions I ask it so there is no help there.

Hi @CChocolate

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing the encountered error and the record totals in the bottom left of the Zapier Table being used.

Hi @CChocolate,

Hi @CChocolate,

I believe the limit you’re running into here is with Zapier Tables plan. You can learn more about the Zapier Tables plan limit here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/15721386410765-Zapier-Tables-usage-limits#h_01HCKYQNPSD48AHVBRE118B6XF

Hopefully, this helps.

It’s definitely not an issue with the Zapier Tables plan since I am getting the same issue in other steps when I tweak the integration to try to fix the problem. You can see in the attached files.

I am not sure what this means? These examples range from 27/30 steps to 30/30 steps and I have only 283 tasks out of 2000 used.

I’ve also noticed it is not based on how many tasks I execute on a particular Zap run as I get the same error on runs which get held on 9 tasks, 10 tasks and 11 tasks. The error has appeared on many different actions, including on Formatter, Sheets, Discord and Zapier Tables depending on how I have tweaked the integration.

Can someone please explain why this is occurring? There’s no further details to indicate what the exact problem or limit is.

Hi @CChocolate

The Zap Run errors may be related to the “Trial” you are on for the Zapier plan.

Note: Only the first 30 steps will run when the Zap is turned on, even if there are additional steps.
