We’ve setup a Zap to run by sending our company phone line on OpenPhone a text message whenever a Jotform is filled out. Everything worked great for the last few months until a week ago when we started receiving multiple messages, flooding our phone lines. We did not change or alter anything on the Zap. Not sure why it suddenly started to glitch.

In order for us to have more context, we would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Again, this issue was not happening a few weeks ago. We did not update anything on the Zap and then we suddenly started getting inundated with text messages via Zapier that tirggered in random increments throughout the day (screenshot attached).

The Jotform status page doesn’t indicate any recent incidents: https://status.jotform.com/

The timestamps from the Zap Runs are different meaning those Zaps triggered at different times.

Perhaps the same info was submitted via the form multiple times?

Check the DATA IN/OUT for the Zap steps in the Zap Runs to help you troubleshoot.

Check if there are different Entry IDs, etc.

 


Thanks! Just searched through the Zaps and all the IDs are the same. Is that a good thing or just opening up a bigger can of worms?
