I run into a very strange issue. My Zap gets deactivated when I activate the zap. I don't see anything in the error logs and nother in the Zap History. I get an email stating "Please try turning it on again.".

All steps are passed through the tests, but activating turns into deactivating.
Is there a hero who could help?

Hi @Automation Hero

Hi Troy, I've checked this already... Even then I still don't see/understand why its not activating.
As mentioned, all steps are completed with success. All login access is working and data comes in the tests. But when publishing its still deactivating.

@Automation Hero

Do you have a Zapier paid plan? (needed for Zaps with 3+ steps)

Often likely related to a Zap app connection. (check your app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections)

Do you have the proper app plans for each app used in the Zap steps? (check the Zap app help links which should indicate the app plan needed)

You can try duplicating the Zap.

Hey @Automation Hero 👋

Did you get to the bottom of what was causing the Zap to turn off automatically?

If not, I wonder if it could be that the access permissions for the connected Gong account are incorrect. 🤔

Looking at Gong’s guide here under the FAQs it states that the account needs to be a business administrator:

Does the account you’ve connected have that level of access?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
