Hi there! 👋

I have a Zap set up to create a task in Asana whenever a new message is sent to a specific Slack channel. The setup looks correct and tests run fine, but for some reason it’s not triggering when new messages actually land in the channel.

 

Any tips on what might be going wrong? I’ve double-checked the channel and the trigger conditions, but still no luck. Would really appreciate any help!

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap trigger step is configured in EDIT mode.

Thanks ​@Troy Tessalone - It hasn't been triggering for 11 days so I am not sure yesterday was just the issue. Attached the screenshots of the set up.  Looking forward to a tip to get it running- when I run a test it works perfectly but then doesn't work in action
