ZAP from Outlook to Notion: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!

I insert 3 or 4 new items into Outlook almost every day.
According to my plan I still have many elements to include.
However, ZAP does not include many elements in Notion! And there are no errors! And - problem - he inserts many other elements into them! Why?

We will need to see screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured in order to have more context.
