Zap fails test with inbound email due to missing Raw and Template formats

Hi, I’m trying to trigger a Zap with an inbound email to my Zapier inbox but it fails the test every time.

In the Zapier inbox the following message appears: We don't have both a Raw and Template to build this!

I have used one of the listed formats for the file I’ve sent (ma4), yet it doesn’t read or accept it. I also can’t see the file when I open the email in Zapier - not sure if that’s normal or my file hasn’t been sent?

Could anyone help me resolve this?
