We use both Zoho CRM and EZLynx. We have a simple zap that triggers when “New Module Entry in Zoho CRM” that leads to “Update Personal Applicant in EZLynx.”

 

The update task has field limited to a few Applicant Details - and no inputs for Co-applicant details. However, when the Zap runs it deletes existing Co-applicant details. In fact, it completely deletes the Co-applicant all together.

In order for us to have more context, we will need to see screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured.

If you suspect there is an issue with EZLynx Zap step, then try contacting EZLynx Support for help with their Zap app integration.

I did. And they referred me to Zapier - saying that EZ only provides the connection.
