I have created a zap for my ramsey leads however when I look in command the lead is there but it is not marked as a lead. I am not sure how to correct this. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the help. You can see on the command page the lead box is not marked. Other than that all other items are good.

In the Zap step for KW Command, the field for ‘Send to Lead Routing’ = “No”, which may be why.
