Zap between Thrivecart and Kajabi not working

Hi, I set up a series of Zaps today between Thrivecart and Kajabi. Everything worked smoothly in test mode but once I made the offers live and did some test purchases, no offer-grant emails were triggered from Zapier. I checked the Zap history and none of the paid purchases are showing up.

 

I did create a Zap to trigger a form submission in Kajabi when someone opts in at checkout in Thrivecart and that is working, but nothing else.

Any ideas?

If you're experiencing issues with your Thrivecart-Zapier integration, ensure the webhook URL is correctly set up in Thrivecart, and the trigger event is accurately configured (for example, "New Purchase" or "New Successful Purchase"). Additionally, check for filters limiting purchases and test your Zap with a live transaction. If problems persist, provide more details about your Zap setup for further troubleshooting.
