Zap acts randomly as I test my Zap creating invoices in QBO from Jotform submission

I am testing a Zap intended to create Invoices in QBO from Jotform  form submission.  It only works correctly every other time that I run it.  The line Itemizer in Zap wont find some products but not the same one each time and not in the same order.  Also the Zap suddenly can’t find a customer that I have been using repeatedly in testing.

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • encountered errors in the Zap steps

Just send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll be able to take a closer look at what might be causing some trouble. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
