I am testing a Zap intended to create Invoices in QBO from Jotform form submission. It only works correctly every other time that I run it. The line Itemizer in Zap wont find some products but not the same one each time and not in the same order. Also the Zap suddenly can’t find a customer that I have been using repeatedly in testing.

- how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible

Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
