"Your Zap could not be switched on", but no error message

Hello,

I’m trying to set up a Zap between LinkedIn Forms and Mailchimp. The zap updates/ adds the information from the LinkedIn Lead form in Mailchimp. I’ve tested each stage meticulously, deleted it and rebuilt it, but it will not stay switched on.

I receive an email seconds later saying “Your zap could not be turned on” but with no errors.

I’ve tried deleting and reconnecting both apps, I’ve tested the app connections and all is at it should be. Both LinkedIn and Mailchimp are used in other zaps and are working fine. 

I’ve also used this zap set up in previous campaigns, so I know it’s the zap that I need.

I’ve tried reaching out to support, but no one is responding. If someone has encountered this issue before, I’d be grateful if you can let me know how you resolved it!
