Hi community,
I need help to setup the zap that have wpforms data as new form entry, then jobber where to find the new or existing customer by email or address. if exist then we have client id else it create client id.
Then we will assign the tag to that client.
Now the last step will be to add the form data as a New request. But from data is not added in the new request only client id will be there no form data. Please help me how to fix it.

There’s a feature request for the ability to add details into additional fields in the Create Request action which has a potential workaround mentioned over here:
Since we’ve already got one thread in Community linked to that feature request I’m going to close this one out so folks can keep track of any progress on it in a single place.
That said, I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to the feature request. While I can’t any sort of ETA on when/if it will be added we’ll definitely send you an email notification once it’s been implemented by Jobber’s developers. As Troy suggested it may be worth reaching out to Jobber’s Support team about this as well. They will have access to the details of the feature request in our shared issue tracking tool but sometimes hearing from customers directly can help to speed things along!

The Zap action for Jobber Create Request only shows 2 fields available.
You may want to try reaching out to Jobber Support for help with their Zap app integration.
