Oftentimes the first steps we recommend here in the Community are exactly what was mentioned in your ticket, running through connections and the troubleshooting guides.

May I ask if you're connecting your Wordpress site following the connection steps here?

Wordpress uses a lot of plugins that may block the connection, so first I'd recommend giving the above link a read and trying to connect again following those steps.

If for any reason you’re still running into issues, we typically point ya back towards support as they’ll be able to dig in a bit more with ya.

I saw they did ask for either a video and/or screenshots of the errors you’re running into. Feel free to share those in your ticket and hopefully that’ll help get to the bottom!
