Hi everyone! I’m creating a new zap with Woosend. I want to create a new row in Google Sheets for every new subscriber.

It works fine in the tests (brings almost all the data), but when I publish the zaps, it doesn’t work when I create a new subscriber.

I suppose is a trigger issue. What can I do? Someone with the same problem?

Hi @OmarGamboa,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? I’m asking because I’m not seeing a Woosend app in our apps page, are you referring to WooSender? If not, please let me know.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Hi @OmarGamboa

Good question.

Check your Zap Runs for activity/issues: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Try reaching out to Moosend Support for help.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone ! I already reached Zapier support and Moosend support as well. No solution so far.

Actually, I just created a new zap, as simple as possible. Just send an email when a new subscriber is added.

It works on my tests but when published nothing happens. :(

Hi @ken.a ! Thanks :)

I’m trying (just to be sure) with a new simple 2-step Zap.

When a new subscriber is added, send an email.

My tests are successful, but when published it doesn’t work.

I already reached Moo support, but they didn’t find anything on their end (as far as they told me).

What can it be? :|

Is enough wit this screenshot or do you need another one with another info?

@OmarGamboa

If there is an issue with the Zap triggering then it’s likely due to one of these root causes:

  • Issue with Zap trigger step app firing the webhook
  • Issue with the Zap app used in the Zap trigger step

Both likely point to issues with Moosend.

FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves using the Zapier Developer Platform.
