WooCommerce error when a person made a purchase - The app returned "Contact id or email is required."

Hello. I have created a Zap to integrate Woocommerce purchase with Active Campaign, so that each new client is added to a Active Campaign list when they make a purchase. The Zap is running perfectly when I’m testing it but when someone is actually purchasing from WooCommerce Zap is showing issue - The app returned "Contact id or email is required."

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot if the mapped variables are blank/empty/null: https://zapier.com/app/history/

I’m just checking in to see if you were able to find out what was causing the error in the Zap?

From the error description, it looks like the ID or email were not sent from the trigger data. As @Troy Tessalone mentioned, you should be able to confirm this in your Zap history.
