Wix form not syncing correctly with Kommo CRM in Zapier

Hello 

I am trying to use submitted wix form as a trigger to create a new lead in kommo CRM but the strange thing Zapier doesn’t take the correct form from wix altough i select it as shown in the photos, so then in the action it throws me error because it couldt take the right information from wix to create the lead. 

This is the form in the wix websigte there are only 4 fields including first name and last name 

See here how in the trigger it took another form and data i dunno even from where with different fields, why is this ? i dunno

Wix is likely returning a generic/dummy record example.

Try testing the Wix Form, then test the Zap trigger step.

Otherwise, do this:

  1. Configure the Zap so that you can turn the Zap ON
  2. Test the Wix Form to trigger a Zap Run
  3. Check your Zap Run history details
  4. Follow this guide for how to use an Zap Run as a Zap trigger example

  5. Finish configuring your Zap action steps

Thank you but i alread had done that but it still shows rthe same trigger data whatever i do.

Hey ​@Circles 👋

Just came across this and wanted to check on your progress. Did you manage to get the right form fields selected from the Wix trigger in the end? If so, would you be up for sharing how you fixed it? This would be super useful for others that might be having the same issue. 🙏

And if you’re still stuck, I’d be happy to lend a hand. When you tried to select the Zap run as a test record it should have added it to the top of the list of available test records. For example:

Did it add any record from the Zap run to the list? Wondering whether there’s an issue with the Use as test record feature, or could it be that a previously selected test record remained selected for some reason. 🤔

Can you share a screenshot showing what records are currently available under the Test section of the Wix trigger? That’ll help us to see whether the record from a recent Zap run was loaded correctly. Remember to use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space.
