Why isn't my Zap activating after the test?

I made an integration from Facebook Ads to a Google Sheets, the test lead fell correctly in the document, but when activating the zap, it deactivates again and stays in the deleted state, every time I try to restart the integration it turns off.

Hi @Jean Antunez 👋

Just came across this and spotted you also reached out to our Support team and it turned out to be due to the connected Facebook account not having the required access. I’ll share the relevant details from Support’s response here in case it’s helpful to others experiencing the same issue:

I had a look at our logs and found this messge immediately after the Zap was turned on:

User does not have sufficient administrative permission for this action on this page. If the page business requires Two Factor Authentication, the user also needs to enable Two Factor Authentication.

Here is a great guide that will walk you through what to do about this error: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/25378106209805-Facebook-Lead-Ads-error-200-user-does-not-have-sufficient-administrative-permission

I’ll mark this as the best answer as their response appears to have pointed you in the right direction. Feel free to reach back out if we can help with anything else. In the meantime, happy Zapping! 😁⚡

Hi @Jean Antunez

You need a Zapier paid plan to turn the Zap ON since FB Lead Ads is a Premium Zap app.

Help links for things to check/try:
