Why is my domain not matching in Vtiger CRM?

The AI ask med to add my domain for the receiving app - and I did that but when i try to run I get an error saying:
 

Failed to create a data in Vtiger CRM

An error occurred while running action 510375: Relay error: Domain xxxxxxxxx.od1.vtiger.com did not match expected domain filter `www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com`.

Why does it ask for a total different domain. Problems within the AI?

It’s probably possible querying the Vtiger API directly. You can use Webhooks in Zapier to do a custom reuqest to the API. See more about it here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496326446989-Send-webhooks-in-Zaps

Here is the API documentation- https://help.vtiger.com/article/147111249-Rest-API-Manual. I know it can get a bit more technical and complex but you have to understand the Vtiger API documentation first to do a API query from Zapier. Hope it helps!

Can you take a screenshot of how you have that step configured in the zap - I reckon the issue will be there.

This is a custom action.

I want the zap to update a TASK that has been completed in Microsoft ToDo - to be marked completed in Vtiger as well.

 

Maybe it is not possible…I tried to get it to work with the copilot - since I am not good a programming an API.

Do you think it can be done?
