Why does my Zap only call the number in the first Google Sheet row?

Dears,

we need your support, solving this issue

as we are trying integrate google sheet with Ziwo, to export call list from google sheet sent it to ziwo to start an IVR call.

the zaps call only the first number.

Hey @Farah Happy to help here! Is the first number being detected in the test AND when the Zap is turned on /runs or only when testing?

If the former, are you able to send a screenshot of how your action template is configured for Google Sheets (being mindful not to include any personal/sensitive information)?

Hmm, do you mind clarifying more about the expected action you’d like to occur in Ziwo?

I took a quick peek and while I’m not super familiar with this app, it sounds as if it’s behaving as expected by dialing one phone number.

That being said, this app is currently in beta and managed directly by the Ziwo team. I might recommend reaching out directly to them to get some extra insight! https://www.ziwo.io/contact-us/
