Why can't I create a Zap for Zoom sessions in 2026?

I am trying to set up a Zap from an enrollment in Thinkific to an enrollment also in a Zoom session. I have done this many times for Zoom sessions in 2025. But Zapier is not showing the Zoom sessions I have established for 2026. Is there a reason why I can't create a Zap for events in 2026?

Help us have more info by posting screenshots to give us context about what Zoom Zap action you are trying to use and which field you are referring to.

OK. First I am identifying an enrollment in Thinkific (online learning platform). 

2.Then I want to connect it to a Zoom Session that is scheduled for 2026. 

3. But of the Zoom events that show, none of the events that are already set up in Zoom show up on the menu of Upcoming Meetings to select from. The meeting in Zoom that I want to connect is entitled LBC-Virtual-Feb-2026. But it does not present.

If you know the ID Meeting Occurrence ID, then you can use the [...] to change to “Custom” mode to set a static value.

EXAMPLE

If you wanted to select this Meeting Occurrence: Lead Change | Oct 2025
Then you would set this static value: 84414340896

Thank you! I think that will do it. Still not sure why the 2026 events to not show on the Select Value option. But I will work on that. Much appreciated!
