Hi,

I have created a zap for all new clients entered into the Aesthetic Record EMR to transfer new client data into the Square POS. However, when testing the zap by adding new clients in AR EMR, the data is not transferring and creating a new client in the Square POS. The zap does not recognize that a new client has been added. Please help!

 

I am assuming the trigger event in your Zap is set to "New Patient" in Aesthetic Record EMR? A screenshot of workflow would give a better understanding.

Also check that the data fields from Aesthetic Record EMR (e.g., first name, last name, email, phone) are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in Square POS. Missing or mismatched fields can prevent the Zap from creating a new client in Square.

It would be best to share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the Square action step that shows all of its fields. This will help us take a closer look at the issue that you’re encountering.
