I created a trigger that sends a WhatsApp notification when a tally form is submitted. It was working perfectly for a few weeks, then it stopped working. Nothing else has changed. I am not receiving the whatsapp notifications.

According to the Tally log, the notification has been sent.

According to the zap log, the notification has been sent.

But I am not receiving the whatsapp notifications.

 

I deleted the zap, then created it again. I received the WhatsApp OTP, but I am not receiving the notifications.

There is no other API response.

You need to click into an individual Zap Run to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step.
