I am having trouble reconnecting to Wellness Living. This is our main CRM system and one day it was working then the next is has stopped??? 

 

Here is the error I get.

TIP: Try using a new/different private browser to connect the app to Zapier.


Tried another browser, still does not connect?

Just came across this and saw you reached out to our Support team about this as well. They mentioned it might have something to do with the account’s configuration or it’s permissions:

I checked our notes and it looks like we don't have any info regarding this specific error with WellnessLiving. Based on the error message, it looks like the issue might be due to the account configuration or permission, so I would recommend reaching out to them to confirm if there are any updates and additional required permissions.

Was that the case, or did the WellnessLiving Support team identify a different cause for the error?
