Cheers,
I last checked an hour ago and the issue still persisted(No submission found when testing the trigger).
Tried reconnecting the Webflow account and setting up new zaps for it as well with no change.
I have one Zap that I updated that is affected, and the rest are on the old version which are still working.
For context, in case it is relevant:
The webflow account I have connected to Zapier has workspace permissions for the Webflow site delegated through an “Agency or Freelancer guests” invitation. So that account has access to the site and workspace, but is not the primary owner.
Same issue here, no form submissions after doing all the recommended ‘fixes’
Thank you both so much for confirming that the submissions still aren’t coming through @Caffeinated and @webflow-frustrated.
The team have been made aware of this and they’ve opened a new bug report to have this investigated further. I’ve gone ahead and added everyone here to the list of users being impacted by this. I can’t provide any estimate as to when this will be resolved by but will be sure to follow up here as soon as I can with any further updates.
Really appreciate everyone’s continued patience on this in the meantime. I’ll do my best to keep advocating for you all on this, want to ensure this gets fully resolved!
@SamB This is still a blocker for us. We were informed we needed to update our Webflow app so we went through the process of adding the new app only to find this issue and cannot proceed. We tried reverting to an old version with the old Webflow app, and that zap is no longer working on the old version. We also cannot create a new zap with the new app because of the issue in this thread. Please provide an update on when this will be resolved or we will have to choose another provider to process these submissions for us.
still not working. Bug is still in effect. Just tried 3 more sites this morning — all not working as previously described. In Zapier, forms are either missing altogether (despite filling out multiple test form submissions and then waiting 15 minutes)… new form submissions aren’t pulling into Zapier, and I even found one instance of a new form submission being pulled in but it’s being recorded on the wrong Form ID. Confirmed everything is working and logging under Webflow > Forms tab as expected.
Zapier, please stop saying this bug is fixed. This is at least twice where it’s been marked as ‘resolved’ and it definitely isn’t. Jan 1 deadline is getting closer and closer…. this has been a bug for at least a month now. Not pleased.
Because of the delay in fixing this, we have migrated our zaps to another tool using webflow webooks. Took a couple hours.
Hi @Change Climate and @dreweastmead
I’m so sorry that this issue is still impacting everyone’s Zaps here. I’ve checked again on the bug report and there hasn’t been any change in the status of it yet. Our team is still actively working with Webflow to assist them in resolving this. I’ll be sure to follow up here with any updates on the status of this bug.
@dreweastmead - I’ve added you to that bug report so you can expect to get an email notification from us as soon as it’s been fixed.
@Change Climate - while it’s not great to hear that you’ve moved away from Zapier I am glad that you were able to get things up and running using webhooks on another platform. 🧡
For anyone that’s interested in trying that sort of workaround in Zapier, you could try using our Webhooks by Zapier app to trigger directly from the webhooks you set up in Webflow. It’s a bit more of an advanced app but we have some guides on how to set up Webhooks triggers in a Zap which you may find useful:
And if you run into any issues setting that up please do reach out to the Community and we’ll be happy to assist further!
We are having the same issue. The bug is not fixed. Says: No submission found when we test the trigger.
Hi @DrGreene,
I’ve added you to the list of affected users, and we’ll notify you via email once an update is readily available. Thanks.
Hi folks,
Good news—I’ve just seen that the bug has been resolved by the Webflow team, so things should be functioning correctly now.
Thanks for everyone’s patience here. Before I close this thread to further comments, can someone here run a quick test of an affected Zap to double-check from your end that things are indeed working as expected?
Looking forward to hearing from you on this!

yep, it works again for me(tested an hour ago) :)
Ours started working a few days ago. Thank you!
That’s great news @Caffeinated and @DrGreene! We’re glad to hear that your Zap is now back and running.
