Hey, I currently working on an automation that follows this process: 
1)Customer leaves information on website on a specific module tracking standard info such as name, surname, contact info, etc. 
2) Zapier puts these data into a Gsheet using formatter
3) I have now integrated WATI into the zap so that whenever a customer sends his info, automatically a Whatsapp conversation is started. 
4) It seems to be breaking somewhere. 


Please find attached images of the error and of the entire zap.

Then, ensure the WATI integration functions as intended by testing whether new rows in Google Sheets trigger WhatsApp conversations successfully.
