Hey, I currently working on an automation that follows this process:
1)Customer leaves information on website on a specific module tracking standard info such as name, surname, contact info, etc.
2) Zapier puts these data into a Gsheet using formatter
3) I have now integrated WATI into the zap so that whenever a customer sends his info, automatically a Whatsapp conversation is started.
4) It seems to be breaking somewhere.
