VoIP.ms integration question

Hi,

I cannot seem to get the integration to link my VoIP.ms account.

I have tried multiple username/password combos.

My actual web username/password, the sub-account username and password, API username and password but none let me in. I keep getting an invalid username or password error. The VoIP.ms API requires whitelisting the IP addresses and doesn’t support the user-agent whitelist unfortunately. I asked the AI assistant who provided the following ranges: 44.214.195.64/28,18.246.81.208/28

Are there other ranges I need to include?

Hi @ben4217

Most “invalid username/password” errors with VoIP.ms happen when the API credentials are not used — make sure you’re entering the VoIP.ms API Username & API Password, not your web or sub‑account login. Also, VoIP.ms requires IP whitelisting, but Zapier’s outbound IPs are mostly dynamic, so whitelisting just 44.214.195.64/28 and 18.246.81.208/28 may not cover all calls. The reliable way is to use Zapier Static IP or a fixed IP proxy.

Here's the VoIP.ms doc that might help: https://voip.ms/resources/api
