Using a catch hook to update CRM records with Webhook data

I am trying to utilize a catch hook trigger to update data fields within a CRM record. When getting data to my catchhook, I’m unable to utilize the data that was passed as a dynamic input into my Update Record action. Any ideas on why the webhook data is greyed out?

Hi @David_R

Try refreshing the Zap.

Try searching for the variable label/value.

Make sure you’ve selected a Zap trigger example record that has variables.
