URL shortened links not working on phones

For us to have more context, post screenshots and examples of the shortlinks you are referring to.

When the shortened link is clicked, nothing happens. I have an Android phone. I have fwd the link to an iPhone and it doesn't open either when clicked. Screen just hangs.

I tried in a Chrome browser on a laptop and the link worked.

Make sure the device being used is updated, then try to test the link again.

Not sure if this is having an impact.

URL Shortener cannot return HTTPS URLs, only HTTP URLs, and shortened URLs are random and cannot be customized.

Yes, it does work on a pc. It is a shortened zoom link. Phone has been updated. Any other advice appreciated

I haven’t been able to replicate the issue using a Chrome browser on a mobile device.
