Understanding the error message when entering an incorrect email address

Hi, I got a couple of emails saying that I may have an error, but I don’t know that I can see what that is.  Does this happen when people enter an incorrect email address? With a typo maybe?

Hi ​@Marcela 

It could be due to:

  • invalid email address value (e.g. typo, malformed)
  • email address is not deliverable because the email address does not exist
  • email address is not deliverable because the email address mailbox is full
  • email address is not deliverable because the email address is deemed junk/spam
  • etc.

So, there’s nothing for me to do at this point, correct?

Not if the provided email address is a valid formatted email address.
