Hi,

I tried to autopost on twitter every hour a video from my google drive using buffer

But im unable to find the right way to upload video, is only post text

If someone can help me please !

Hi @Lucasix,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier's Buffer integration doesn't support posting videos to Twitter due to limitations in the Buffer API. However, you can still post videos directly to Twitter using Zapier's "Create Image Tweet" action, which also accepts video files. To set this up, use "Schedule by Zapier" to trigger an hourly, find the video on Google Drive with the "Find File in Folder" action, and then post it using Twitter. Just ensure the video is under 512MB and no longer than 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

Hey @Lucasix, just checking in—were you able to get this sorted?

If not, is the image publicly accessible? If not you might need to alter the permissions for the file using a Add File Sharing Preference (Google Drive) action to allow the Buffer action to be able to access the file. You can learn more about how to send files between different apps here: Send files in Zaps

Also, want to note that Jammer’s reply mentions using our Twitter app integration, but we don’t have a Twitter integration anymore — see our App update: Twitter integration removal post for more details on that.

Hope that helps, but let us know if you’re still stuck at all—happy to lend a hand! 🙂
