Hello!

I’m having troubles with uploading a knowledge source to Zapier Chatbot. The error I get is 400 OpenAIError: request failed.

For our project we need to frequently upload knowledge source to the chatbot. So this is really frustrating.

What’s wrong? Can something be done with it?

Please help!

What type of knowledge source file are you attempting to upload? I just did some testing and was able to upload a CSV file as a knowledge source without error:

So I’m thinking there may be an issue with the file itself. 🤔 Can you confirm whether the file was under the size 2MB limit? 

If it’s under that limit then perhaps there was a temporary glitch of some kind causing the upload to fail. In which case, can you try uploading the file again now to see if it works?
