Unable to update IP country field in Pipedrive custom field is not available in HubSpot.

Hello,

 I’m trying to update a field IP country in Pipedrive I want to get the data from Hubspot, when I choose update person in pipedrive I can’t choose the relevant custom field from Hubspot.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Please suggest

Hi @novvanest 

Which HubSpot event are you trying to use?

You may need to select the desired HubSpot field in the section “Additional properties to retrieve” for the HubSpot Zap step.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.
